Condo, Cabin, or Home?

We try never to disappoint our guests, and so we offer rentals of all types in neighborhoods and communities that are the most popular in town. Condos, most often chosen by solo travelers or smaller groups, are popular because they also offer a long list of community amenities that add to your vacation experience. The downside to choosing a condo, however, is the realization that of all the different property types we offer, there are far fewer ones that offer fireplaces, so that could be what crosses condos off your list.
For those who still prefer smaller spaces with fireplaces, a cabin will probably be what works best for you, offering coziness, comforts, and the cheerful flicker of flames on a chilly night. And although not every cabin features a fireplace, enough of them do that you will still have a larger selection to choose from. And last but not least, most, if not all, of our private homes will offer fireplaces, ensuring that your large traveling group will be able to share spacious room with the very cozy amenity of a fireplace (or wood burning stove) for extra warmth and charm.
A Tour to Remember
Now that you’ve narrowed your choice down in property style, let’s take a tour of the rooms inside, exploring all the things that makes Sunset Nightly Rentals one of the most desirable vacation property rental companies in the area. As we mentioned earlier, our properties are located in all the most popular communities and neighborhoods. Many are located on the banks of Table Rock Lake or Lake Taneycomo, and your lake house/cabin/condo experience is going to be better than you dreamed.
Some offer boat slips, where you can tie your rental boat to the dock and use it to explore the waterways of our beautiful town. Our condos and cabins will offer access to community amenities, amenities that may include pools, hot tubs, barbecue areas, sports courts, and more while our private homes may include most of those amenities in their backyards. Pools aren’t as common in our private homes as they are in the condo and cabin communities, but there are some and we can tell you that a night time swim during the summer months can be the biggest luxury of all.
