Hi Bridget! I apologize there was a lack of communication! Our phones are answered 24 hours 7 days a week and we highly recommend guests calling if there are any issues. We will take a look at the hot water heaters so next time you come to Branson the water will be nice a toasty for a longer period of time. Thanks!
