I'd rate it 4.5 stars!
Very homey, really clean, beds were awesome and the sheets were soooo soft and comfy. Kitchen utensils were adequate, but for a small amount of money spent, could make it excellent. Chinsy on the number of coffee filters provided, we stayed 5 nights and we needed 5 filters, there were only 4 provided. I'd recommend removing the table and chairs and make use of the nice island and just buy some nice bar stools. Shower controls were hard to figure out, figured them out the day before we left, very cheap. Bedding quilts were beautiful. Master bedroom was always cold, even when we turned up the heat, fortunately my two sisters like it chilly in their bedroom, so they were fine with it. Not enough dish soap, almost bought some, but we had just enough. Batteries and light bulbs need to be checked. The Roku tv remote had dead batteries and the flood light over the kitchen stove was burned out. Instructions for garbage was confusing. We were told to put the garbage in the dumpster, but I really think that meant the garbage can in the garage. The garbage can in the garage was full of mold, stunk bad. Not sure if the code for the front door was supposed to work on the large garage door control on the exterior door frame, but it didn't work.My sisters and I stayed, there were 5 of us and we had an awesome time, would do it again in a heartbeat. The cost sharing between 5 of us made it really affordable. Suggestions to make our visit better: Have a map of the area, fliers of shows, best restaurants in the area, things like that would be so helpful to a newcomer to the area. Thank you, Sunset Nightly Rentals!
Very Home Like
Love it! I took my two kids and their boyfriend and girlfriend. I couldn't have asked for a better play to stay. It was very clean and comfortable. The beds were all memory foam and we all slept like babies.
A great mini vacation
The home was perfect.loved the quiet setting and coffee on the deck. I would recommend it.
Thank you for the review, Barbara. We're glad you enjoyed your time at Branson Creek.
The home was very nice and roomy for our group. We would definitely book it again. Only things we would change is: needs a pair of tongs and a bigger cookie sheet in kitchen, even though we had air turned down-it took villa a while to cool down in evenings, wish we could have had a garage door opener or key code to be able to enter and exit through garage, would have been nice to have at least local news channels provided. Very pretty scenery from balcony.
We spent a week at the property and overall it was a good experience. The reason I would say good—and not great was due to a few things that I had not faced with previous vacation rentals we have visited. The “third bedroom” was very small and was probably originally intended to be an office. Not a big deal, because the two boys we put in the room simply stored their luggage in the hall closet, but it was likely not intended to be a bedroom. In order for them to shower, they had to go use a bathroom that was in a different bedroom, and since we had teenagers, it was a bit of an inconvenience when they were all trying to get ready at the same time. The .5 bathroom was helpful, but it was in the living room. Another issue we noticed was that the kitchen was very sparsely outfitted. It had the very basic items. I would say it had less than any place I’ve stayed, from the mountains to the beach. We made due, but renting a house, we did plan to cook most of our main meals and we had to work around only having very limited cookware, and I asked ahead and luckily knew to take my own crock pot. Also, the rental documents we received stated that they supplied a coffee pot and filters and there were no filters. We had to go purchase some in order to have coffee. The cooking utensils in the house were a few spoons and turners, there was no scraper spatula, Tongs, and I was only able to find one kitchen towel. If you don’t intend to use the kitchen to really cook- this house would be perfectly fine! Finally, if you’re staying in the summer, the ac unit seemed to have a difficult time cooling in the afternoon and evening. There were numerous fans in the closets, so we managed to make it mostly comfortable, but the master bedroom did seem to be quite a bit warmer than the rest of the house, so we definitely needed that fan.
Loved the condo!!! I highly suggest the crews come in sooner to turn things on. The A/C took all night to go from 80 to 72. Otherwise the place was beautiful and when called the office was prompt. Thank you
