If you already own a vacation property in Branson or are interested in purchasing a property to use as a vacation rental, you will be glad to know that Sunset Nightly Rentals provides professional vacation rental management services and Real Estate Sales in and around the Branson and Tri Lakes area. 

Sunset Nightly Rentals opened its doors for business in 2006 and has continually improved its strategies to successfully market and enhance rental income for our vacation rental owners.

Bellow are common questions many people ask us, with answers that may help you find what you are looking for.

 

How much money can I expect to make on my rental?

Because there are so many factors to wiegh in, we are unable to give you a good answer. Income is based on

  • the number of nights rented per year
  • the type of unit you own, i.e. condo, cabin or home
  • the location, i.e. on the lake or in a resort
  • the sized of the unit, i.e. 2, 3 or 4 bedroom
  • the number of people you can sleep
  • local marketing efforts that bring people to Branson
  • and of course the over all look of the unit 

What fees are associated with vacation rental management?

We charge a comission which comes off the rental rate. There is also customary fees associated with vacation rentals that you can see broken out in our rental Management Agreement we would be glad to provide you upon your request.

How do I recieve income payment?

We mail checks to our owners on the 15th of the month following the month the rental income was earned. We also post the owner statement on the owner's site on the 15th so they can see it before they get it.

How often can I use my own property?

We like for our owners to use their properties. We do ask that you let us know before you come, so we can put your reservation in. You would not want to show up to find a guest had rented your unit that day.
